If you ignore 2 Annihilators (one of which can do 7 energy). And the Warhammer 6R. and the upcoming Corsair hero. Hell, one of the Nightstars could do it if you could convince PGI to chop the hand actuators off. Plus a third Anni and one of the Fafnirs (and probably loads more) can do 2 Gauss w/5 lasers, which is still really good. 2 and 4's not exactly terrible either, depending on the laser.
Oh yeah, and this is before you remember that some of those builds can easily be HEAVY Gauss, which clans don't get anything comparable to unless we get another tech update.

MAL-2P can also do 2Gauss+2LL+4ERML reasonably well. The kicker is that's 68 damage, and a single Gauss with 3LL and 5 ERML will get you to 67 on a BNC-3S with a faster engine and more than twice as many DHS, so you should just do that.
