It is the hiragana spelling of "Kuma", i.e. "Bear" in Japanese. Hope that helps.

I am NOT an I.S. Loyalist, but I can safely say that we do NOT need a Sale on the Clan OmniPods by any means. They're already bargain-basement on costs, in my opinion. Anyway, many of the ones for Legs lost the Quirks that gave them flavor, which cancels any want to purchase many of those. I'm sure the same can be said of some Arms/Torsos/Heads in that pool.

Appreciate the effort but the point is I'm more than aware of it's meaning and it's also the reason I want it but I can't find it anywhere in the store in neither of decals sections.

Problem Confirmed... I don't see them as On-Sale either.

Maybe our ever-awesome Mr. Matt Newman (and/or whoever else could be handling this Sale) could also stick "Snowfall" once-again on Sale too? I mean, what's a situation involving Engines if we don't account for snowy weather too?

I would say you hit it squarely on the head. It is EXTREMELY ironic.


Now before I end up sounding like "Mr. Torgue" from the "BorderLands" Game, I've got a giant-sized question. All these Bolt-Ons that are on the In-Game Store's Sale Rack, and how the Bolt-Ons Systems work... Does purchasing from there cause an unlock of the Bolt-On for ALL the Mechs that can use it??? Or, will it only just unlock on one particular Chassis that I'll have to dig around and find???

The engines are a great idea for a sale - it is very much appreciated PGI.

I'm just wondering if my fellow pilots can help me chose a mech on sale. I normally prefer medium mechs and I have 2k MC available - any good tips to be had?

Okay... I just got my answer on my own... There's a separate fee for each Bolt-On type, plus separate Quantity, plus separate Chassis selection... The costs add up too fast for me right now. I'll have to check out Bolt-Ons at a later date.

Solaris bolt ons is only fiscally responsible if you get them from Solaris crates or if you only want for a few mechs.
I think it's pgis answer to "module swapping cheapskates".
Now you have to pay for it and each and every chassis.

I did see the Tiger pattern on sale, but only for a few mechs. Woodland has seemed more or less universally on sale for every mech I have, short of the Charger and Hatamoto-Chi though.

Was hoping to pick up Polygon on a few if this gets fixed.

Also, unrelated side note, but for a "Start Your Engines" sale, anyone else wondering why the Hot Rod pattern and colors aren't included?

Sad thing is... I was NOT one of those damned 'module-swapping cheapskates'... I would actually spend out the costs to make sure all of my Mechs were fully outfitted, Modules and all. So, it happens that I actually took one in the shorts when PGI switched us all across to the New Skill Tree System.

It's really annoying and unfortunate how things are now turning constantly into separate costs for virtually everything, like somebody in PGI's Staff can't stop wrongfully punishing people that don't deserve it. Heck, I can understand separate costs with the WarHorns and Other Cockpit Items. But, it seems like it's going too far with the Bolt-Ons, what with the contrast of the Decals and Camo Patterns for external display.
