Holiday Gift Boxes Standing Item - Rare (and I have plenty from holiday events!)
Standing Item Lithuania Flag - Rare but not as rare as players located in Lithuania who actually want one!
1,000,000 C Bills - Common
How the hell is this an Ultra Rare cache?!?!

No seriously I usually get like 2k.
Can I get a Clan a.c./20 in my next one PGI?
Unlike the ultra 20...it actually sounds cool (with little to no other redeeming features.)

Seriously though, it would be at least not as bad if it was 4 LB20Xs -- i could use those.

Random chance. You're more likely to get Common/Uncommon, but there is a slight chance to get a couple rare ones in a row or ultra rare.

So for example, the 400MC is a Common item within the Ultra Rare crate, while the 2 cockpit items and 1 STD engine are rare items in the Ultra Rare crate. So it's not that the 400MC is a Common item, it's a common roll in the Ultra Rare crate to give you a higher chance to get that 400MC if you open an Ultra Rare crate.

Thanks for the clarification!

Still, free stuff is free stuff, and the higher level TCs do sell for a bit.

Results are usually, let's say, disappointing.
Why are you surprised?
