Needed 5 hours for the new part of the event (10000 Matchscore took some games...the 500er droped in the 3rd game already)...done with everything. Thx for the stuff....

Has anyone received the awards? I finished off the Invasion and Weekend Warrior. I selected to redeem on all but have not seen any injections and cannot use the skin.

Entire previous event I could only get painfully close to 500 match score, this one it was pretty much the same unttiiiiillll tonight in the span of three games I got two 500+s - both absurdly close games. (First a conquest loss with 747 to 750, the other a assault timeout win with 10 to 9)

If you claim the reward from inside the game, a window pops up announcing the prizes and you get them right away.

But if you claim the reward from the web page you don't get the reward right away, you don't get a window popup, and the fastest way to get them is to log off.

So i ran a sunspider with an er large laser, an lbx5 a lrm 15 and an lrm 20 and ticked off 4 weapon things in one match, lol


Edit: forgot to mention, great event, an average player can get a nice boost with 50 slightly below average drops and for lucky players like me they threw in the 500+ matches again, nothing a streak boat huntsman can't spam.

Thought that flamers would be OP since last patch but the felt ok-ish even with four of them on a Jenner IIC. Flamer-geddon didn't happened to me this weekend- What about you guys?

Yes it does. You don't need a Prime(I) variant to complete the challenges. If you purchased any Adder, Kit Fox, Nova, Stormcrow, Summoner, Timberwolf, Warhawk, or Direwolf along the way, you can get the cosmetic rewards associated with the invasion event.

If you are complaining that you cannot participate in the Gold 'mech event, then it sounds like a lot of bellyaching for 100 MC. Did you spend $500 of real money? I did.

Damage with those weapon systems is not tied to the mech chassis. Bring out the 6 LB-5X Direwolf, and you are done in one salvo.

Maybe our friendly Matt Newman can add 24 Hours to the Weekend Warrior Event? I had no chance to try over the actual weekend at the Match Score Challenges, and quite a lot of people don't get that chance either. It really would only be fair to make this Event Set a total of 5 Days instead of 4, just to not be any form of jerk to all those who don't get weekends.

Thanks for the extra time Matt, as always, I appreciate your efforts to stay in touch with the community and make things less stressful for us. I for one worked much of the weekend, and I'm a merc to the core- I feel driven to finish any event with MC and CBills, so I can use this extra time.
