headshot one at 99% and 500 match score one at 99%, and with the way people are playing today the later isnt likely to happen but iv had lots of 'almost there' headshots - while a lot of people are just sync dropping into solaris to shoot each other in the head for tradesies.

Needed Solaris and a friend for the headshot. The counter ecm damage is registering very poorly. Nevertheless, nice short event.

Awwwww... You're really backing down against that person? I actually LIKE those TAG-Linked Challenges! Please do NOT ever totally discontinue future usage of them? I would really hate for this to be the last Event with anything of that kind. :(

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm reading the issue with the TAG challenge being addressed here, as the fact that TAGs don't actually do damage, not with the fact that people had to use TAGs. Am I missing something?

P.S. @Matt Newman, just curious if the Mad Dog not being part of the sale was an oversight, since didn't that also launch as part of that Clan pack?

"Tag damage" is a bonus you get by getting a mech you have tagged, damaged by tag related missiles.

Like bring streaks and you can go tag damage your own target.

Heck, I think 5 Counts of incurring TAG-Linked Damage is a nice number to use for a Challenge. But since it was only one, I'm not gonna argue to turn it up this time. I'm just glad we have a TAG-Linked Damage Challenge at all. :D

I'm confused... The information on the Website News about the Mech Sale should get updated too, right? I don't currently see the Mad Dog listed on the page. :(

The Boars Head Atlas...I hardly ever use mine. Laser Arms are located Low, and a lot of time misses the target because an obstacle is in the way because laser hard point is so low. Guess i have to look at some new possible builds for this mech.

Grab an ECM mech, active Counter, and lock onto an enemy ECM mech. If someone shoots it while you lock it, you get the achievement.

I ran mine with a Standard 350, 6 x ML, an AC/20 and an MRM/20, plus an AMS. Got the K/KMDDs out of the way pretty quickly with that build.

Wait, might have been a 355, now that I think about it.

Got the Headshoot with HG Anni....Last to do is surprisingly the 500 Matchscore game..but I always had an stealth Light on my *** when my Blood Asp was getting close to it. The Rare supply cache had just garbage in it. So..the last will come or not..doesn t matter.

Appreciate the Lunar New Year themed event for those of us in Asia but the rewards for this seem rather lacking.

500,000 CBIlls for 25 Kill/KMDD (Pure Energy Monster) is kind of sad.

Annihilator with 2 HGR, look for clan assaults (DWF, MAD-IIC, MCII all have relatively large cockpit hitboxes).

Got an ultra rare box. What will I do with my super exciting dreamcatcher cockpit item? I know- pair it with my new and exciting FRR decal! On a mech with my new clbx10!

At least it had 400mc in it. There's two more mechbays next sale.

The 500 matchscore took 2 serious attempts. The first was nixed by two team mates running into my arty drop after being suggested not to. 100 team damage axed my MS and gave me a nice little timeout before next match.

Headshot is my only real holdup. I average 1 per 900 games.
