Personally, I don't see anything bad in the way they do the scale comparisons now.
And doing it in testing grounds takes a lot less time than comparing their models in other programs.

I'm sorry, why should we care how long it takes them to load two mechs next toe each other to give a proper scale comparison? Does that person really have a better use of that 2 minutes?

Noticed a mistake with the PPC velocity quirks, shouldn't all variants with PPCs stock have some level of them like the regular Warhammer? It is their trademark after all.

On the Maul... those SRM spread quirks - is it safe to assume they would apply to Artemis SRM's too, or just standard SRM's? If standard SRM's only that is a pretty useless quirk. Two SRM6A's with a pretty tight spread could be nice though.

Yeah, if this thing twists like a brick it will be a bit less fun to play. I like the speed you can get it up to, but I would hope it could have comparable maneuverability to an IS 80 tonner. Not sure why Clan mech engineers decided to make their mechs handle like bricks - if it has no armor or structure quirks it would be nice if it didn't handle like a cement truck.

Not the worst Mech really.

I mean compared to it's Brother Mech the Marauder IIC, they are very Similar. If you can handle the Marauder IIC very well, the Warhammer IIC will handle just as good, if not slightly better.

With It's decent Torso twist rate, doesn't look like it is having Low Arm Syndrome, smaller frame then any of the 80 Ton Mechs hell is smaller then some 70 Tonners, and if it retains the good Hitbox Geometry of it's ancestor, this mech will do pretty well.

MAD IIC has godlike hitboxes (front profile), it doesn't need to torso twist and it has better firepower. And it's not even a top tier clan mech, MCII is. The's no reason to preemptively nerf WHM IIC so hard.

For an 80 tonner, it's pretty tiny.

I think that's a good thing. If you're small you are harder to hit, although it's weird how it's smaller than the IS warhammer.

An 80 ton mech the size of a 60 tonner seems suspect...

That probably explains why it's going to handle like a fridge on wheels.

Probably the clan engineers used an alien metal material that is harder and heavier but also more compact. Posted Image

saddened by lack of actual comparison between IS and Clan one in the scale shots :(

Surely I'm not the only one who's noticed a trend when it comes to new Clan mechs. The smooth surfaces and bulbous plating of older designs seem to have been replaced by slab armour and hard edges, much like the contemporary IS mechs

Likely starting on Thursday, yes. I'd guess there'll also be a part including the holiday mech.

Public service announcement: If you chose a pack that includes the (S) version, DO NOT SELL the corresponding non (S) version, if you want to get the most out of the release event.
