did you read the posts before? We DID already redeemed it and that directly after the pre order.Anything else also, the MC content, the Marauder2 and the MWO Item Bundle Code.
.. and its shown in the account history.
I redeemd mine again, just to see what happens, and it says already redeemed. So, simple answer: You guys screwed it up as usual.

Edit 2 hours later: I tried it again and after telling me 2 times again "already redeemed" suddenly it says now "enjoy your content".. Da f#q? Yea, what am i wondering it´s PGI..
BTW. could you change the ui title from "ui title mw5Preorder Col..." to the level of preorder? As example Warrior and not the half of "ui title mw5Preorder Col..". thats ugly as hell. want to see "The Warrior " only as title

Hi Matt,

I did so previously after pre ordering. the MW5 content isn't there when I load the game up mate.

Also fyi, none of the WC 2018 content is there for participants entitled to warhorns or other cockpit items either.

Edit: Heck, I'm happy to PM you my account history and screenshots of my inventory in game if that'll help, since I can't post imgur links here.

a: I can't find the MWO5 content for MWO (Ultimate Community Edition)
b: I can't find the Loyalty Variants in the store
c: no new bolt-on (okay, standard Variants do have bolt-ons. Loyalty and Founder Variants do'nt)

I have done so, both with a preorder AND an upgrade to it.

Quirks are deceptive. Can you add a red quirk of "-7.5% top speed" to make the quirk list more accurate? Why does a speed tweaked XL385 Warhammer IIC go the same speed as a no speed tweaked XL385 Victor?

Why is it smaller? On that note, can you also include a "-20% 80 tonner volumetric scale" quirk?

Can we do something about the aesthetically undecal-able white nodule on the top of the Warhammer IIC's CT near the LT, please. It's bugging me far more than it should. Can we at least color it over with a decal, please?

mine was also not there and i redeemed it drectly after the pre order.. I tried severalt imes to copy paste the redeem code again here and after telling me 4 times "already redeemed it said on 5th trie "enjoy your contenet"...

They screwed it up as usual and was searching for the failure first on our side(typical pgi "we? no no no we did everything fine..the people are the problem not our high programming skills).^^
...try to rcopy paste the code again and redeem it several times..for me it worhed at 5th try

Check the preorder page. There must have been an issue with the Pre Order Package when only the MC was injected and not the items. There is now 3 codes instead of 2 codes, with the page now showing the follow:

• MWO MC Bundle Code
  
• MWO Item Bundle Code
  
• MWO Marauder II Code.

Originally there were only two codes avail to be redeemed:

• MW5 Pre-order xxxx MWO Bundle - The ID for this one now matches the new MWO MC Bundle Code on the MW5 page.
  
• MWO Marauder II Code.
