When the Warhammer's size is increased, will it get some more mobility to increase survivability with the larger hitboxes?

More of note, will WHM-IIC Variants with heavily lacking HardPoints get some helpful Quirks that pull the Mech out of being weak, and put it at least in-line with other Chassis? Right now, WHM-IIC-BL (The "Bludgeon" Hero) feels like paper to me, and it's still in the prototype stage of usage & development. I'm not able to get enough good use out of it to justify the costs for adding Skill Nodes to that Mech in my garage, so now it's collecting dust.
