Meh I don't play megamek and I cant remember if I ever noticed "lower hand actuators" on left arm while looking at that variant or not, if I would notice that I'd probably think it is a mistake, that would not be a first mistake on this website. Afterall I sure cant remember if there was ever a mech released with arms swapped like this, so very different than what we could see on the artwork, not that I have perfect memory but still this is somewhat unpleasant suprise.
I made it a point around the same time to post out there (in multiple threads) that every variant had differing arms. So I was never caught off guard (compared to the ones I built in January based on what was provided, all the Corsairs and their arms match up).
(I'm aware that not everyone reads my posts, but just saying its been around.)
Some had "no arms", some had a left only, some had a right, and at least one had both. Which makes sense considering the fluffed nature of the mech.

Course, what would have made even more sense is that between each variant, their weights and sizes also differing since "corsair" covers frankenmechs made in the periphery ranging from 60 to 100 tons...
But I know that's not practical considering MWO.
If its any consolation....
The Corsair 7A
has exactly what you want.
All high points for weapons, 3 ballistic slots.
(It also carries 4 AMS)
