In a solo envirtoment you are right,
but with 11 other mechs, a lct with a narc can be more a matchwinner then a shortrange atlas.

Depends on teamcomposition, so we are not agree,
but its a nice example that lots of people miss that they are not alone and thats a team game,
even when its pick up groups.

Yup.

In polar highlands filled with lurm-boats, the real carry is the one with the narc.
