MWO = Free

MW5 = $50

Some people don't want to or cannot justify affording $50, so free is always there

to be fair i spent less on mw5

I expect PGI's track record of minimally viable product delivery to continue for both MWO and MW5 Posted Image

That's the golden rule of the games industry now. Sell you a minimal viable product then sell you all the DLCs next.

I won't be surprised if MW5 eventually develops PvP multiplayer (MWO eventually dies and replaced by MW5 with multiplayer and DLCs) which can further give incentive for more DLCs. PGI and the franchise can have a viable flagship Mechwarrior product representing the franchise from 2020 on.

Me too.

Just because a game is F2P, doesn't mean it will end up being free :).

It also says that because PGI doesn't have time travel and it's not 2020 yet.

you don't need a time machine
