I didn't listen to it but I thought it was more of a "no more monthly mech packs, but we will still release some here and there for specific purposes", so an IS omni thing could be a good specific purpose eventually.

Leaving the door open, for sure, in the standard corporate double speak sort of way. If packs aren't selling for profit, then it has to comes from the marketing budget (mechcon pak?) or MW5 dev budget (dev for MW5, and for 20% more cost, port over to MWO)

could you please do some ingame notification when a solaris season will end in a week or so? and there are some free goodies?
could make people actually play solaris for a week.
otherwise no one cares.

and perhaps something crazy like a free mechbay and mech for the top 500 players at the end of a season.
I personally even prefer the warhorns, but it might get people to play.

Pt faction play back to siege only for at least a year and put the merc contract bonuses back and make it Inner sphere vs clan one day, clan vs clan the next and IS vs IS and just keep that on a rotation. Tina,Chris thanks for trying your best. if you make faction warfare back to siege only I can guarantee that you'll see a increase in faction games and old players making their way back for a bit. If at all possible, if you can convince some of the higher ups to look into a possible MechWarrior online 2 with a new engine and some fresh stuff and maps and stuff that would be amazing but probably hoping for too much.

The number of days left till the end of season is in the top left portion of the screen. And I agree. In fact I'd be in favor of a Solaris event starting some 2 weeks before each season ends.

And he said is there is no planned future mech pak, but doesn't rule out paks completely without promising any. In other words, there may not be any more for MWO

It has been a few weeks now, but I believe he said he knew what the next mech pak would be but beyond that one they didn't have any planned. Whether that mech pak ever materializes... who knows.



Starts around 7 min. He mentions the mech pak and adding more around 8:30. 12:27 he says they think they have the next mech picked out and it is "special".

He thinks there will be a couple more mech paks, and thinks they have the next one picked out.

Corporate speak for no plan, no promise. We have enough working adults to know that.

I'm not saying it's impossible, on a scale of 0 to 10, with 0 being never and 10 being a promised release date, we're at 1 or 2.
