If people have such a huge issue with harmless sync dropping; they're really going to **** getting stomped flat by strong 4 mans.

Why do you think solo and group queues are separate in the first place? ... Its the exact same crowd that cryed "Teamwork OP" years ago. Soloist terribads sandbagging their teams and complaining that someone is actually investing time and effort into the game in order to become better ... While they could have done exactly the same, invest into teamwork in a team-oriented game, but refused to.

Then it was "big bad premade waa waa", now its apparently "sync drop waa waa". Funny enough they hate being rolled by teamwork, yet none of them are shining in Solaris where obviously having friends can't help you. Wonder what is the excuse for that ...

PGI has basically killed big units with their "phases" of MM, when you had to pick which friends you wanted to play with, but not more than three. Now that game is slowly dieing and all the "casuals" are fleeing the ship, does it really surprise anyone so much that group queue is empty? Because no units = no group queue. And no FP either.

To be fair, Sync dropping does kill group queue, because otherwise, those people would have to group up and queue into group queue. Streamers that want to do drops with their fanbase would actually have to form a group and add those people, and then populate group queue.

To be even more fair, 99% of people who are sync dropping are doing that because they literally can not find any matches for hours when they are trying to do group queue.

Why? When dirt bag units can keep SYNC DROPPING solo queue since Group Queue isn't panning out and claim it is not hurting the game or game play?Thread lock in 3...2...1...
As a streamer myself, I would like to educate you a bit:

1. Many streamers play this game in the solo queue, ungrouped, and support the 'sync drop' match initiation.
2. Sync drops for streamers are the best way to maximize audience participation and interaction, after all if your audience is trying to sync with you, it provide 23 possible chances to play in the same match. Grouping only supports playing with the people who group with you and doesn't facilitate wide participation with the audience because you're locked in at 12, UNLESS, you have group of viewers who are trying to sync drop, and sync dropping groups is almost pointless because the criteria in the MM makes it difficult.
3. This is a key point for you to consider: many streamers (myself included) are members of units, some of them large units, and the people in the unit tend to be the most regular audience and the most likely will want to sync drop with you, NOT for a chance to be on the same side, but rather, for a chance to shoot at you and kill you during your stream.

Sync dropping in the solo queue is NOT a conspiracy to gain some advantage, it's a means of enhancing entertainment.

I encourage you to watch any of the streamers out there, and sync drop with them, I think you'd find the game much more entertaining, ESPECIALLY when you're on the opposite team of the streamer...

I encourage you to not GAF about streamers and "audience". It's crap and I don't care what they do, say or make fun of.
The fact I have to suffer them is insulting.

To really and truly embrace your shut in status then you should only play single player games to ensure you can continue honing your 'social' skills. That way we wouldn't have to suffer you suffering those having fun with streamers.

It's awesome that someone with your obvious disability is able to post pictures to express themselves.

Maybe. But then again I've already reached as far as Dar es Salaam in one piece, and that is "only" a 36-hour drive from Harare. Maybe I'll head that way eventually, but only after I'm done with Mt. Kilimanjaro. Posted Image

It self perpetuates the cycle. Group queue times are long because there's not enough people grouping in groups (since there's a bunch of people sync dropping already), so more people go to sync drop, which in turn, leads to even less people grouping for group queue, which leads to those people either quitting, or sync dropping, which leads to....

Yes clearly you are a victim.

Almost as much I was watching you just now trying to streak in your Vulcan Bloodlust from 700m out and dying in two seconds. It was extra special for me that even though I was stuck with you and a disco assault that made sure we lost, it was also on stream.

Wait... You find it insulting that unit members might want to sync drop with their streaming buddies, who are sync dropping with ANYONE?

My... aren't you the victim...

For all my fellow streamers I shall now ACTUALLY insult you:

You can go fornicate yourself.

;)

Can we try this...

Remove the Divisions in Solaris and make it 16-mech free-for-all (who cares, right?) and make the MM combine GQ and Solos for QP, just like in FW, with priorities for pre-mades.

I'd be really happy with that change.

Cant remember that the new group queue were empty because 12mns split up to 4 mans to farm solos in the pug queue? And pgi removed groups from pugs because of this?

Groupqueue is still empty, but the "teamplayers" try to syncdrop in the soloqueue ...

Well, I'll offer up my results from my group's meet tonight. Things started going very smoothly in the match-making department once we entered the LFG. Not saying everyone should join... just saying what our results were. I'll try to remember to report back after next week's meeting.
