I don't think i need to "share" armor when i have high health. Instead, my teammates who have low health need to be more careful, not exposing themselves, trying to hide etc..

Duh. Doesn't change the problem that the bj's arms are scrawny and don't cover much.

Duh covers as much of the mech as you should be exposing with hill peaks. Duh.

.

Learn to shield that arm from incoming fire. The 5N with 3UAC2 is a legit good build. You can even use a Std engine for heat preservation when your LT gets blown off.

I'll just leave it here ... "600-900 dmg on average tactical expert" at full display. Alive all match in a ballistic Jager on a hot map that favors its high mounts etc., too busy sharing armor not.

- It was new build, and I tried to flank enemy. One of that unlucky plays. Where something go wrong.
And I can put something like that also.
Spoiler

- And what now?

- Yeap... Go to back of enemy to distract... Not a really wise idea, but, so was done. And in final I got alpha in center torso where after rebuild was less armor. And also that was not so cold build because of 2xLBX10 + 4ML.

- Result depends on what mech I play... skilled or not, optimal build or test, new mech or which I know really good, nice map or which I hate, cold or hot build and so on. in 10 battle half good, 1\4 perfect and some have that result as above.

This sums it up perfectly actually. Flanking in a Jager on Terra and considering it "unlucky".

- Yeap... because there was bottle neck and I really don't like friendly fire. Especially in my back. So I go around. Not a really good idea was.

Why even bother with us? Clearly you think you know best and are resistant to any advice from better players. You've got that toxic combination of obtuseness and stubbornness. You don't believe in objective evidence, just "feelings."

Oh boy... there's some people here who really should not be using their "personal expertise" to justify their tactical theories, lest people go and actually check that expertise.

Yeah, you had a good game. So what?

This is you over many games:
https://leaderboard....arch?u=Tiantara

Two nights ago I had a game where I did 68 dmg. Does that one outlier mean anything? Only that I had a bad game.

The numbers don't lie. You are a poor pilot. You lose more than you win, you die more than you kill, you die more often than you survive, and your MS says you're lucky to surpass 300 dmg. The question is, why don't you recognize all this? When I was new and quite bad, I was pretty aware of it. All I had to do was spectate after an early death and I could watch better pilots piloting better than me.

Your Jarls stats show you're 6000 games in, and yet you're worse than I was after I'd played 1000 games. You're no better than when you started. Why is that? Because you imagine that you're already a good pilot and you don't make a conscious effort to improve. Look how defensive you get about your poor performance. If you had an ounce of humility or intelligence you'd recognize that you play poorly and would pay close attention when significantly better players try to explain things.

Try the same build on a Legend Killer or RFL-3N but with small lasers, it's super

- And what? Same here - I got bad games and few good. But overall - if include all games on light and medium - yeap, I mess with statistic by using mech on which I not so good.
- You think Im poor pilot? So why I get damage score like on last screen? 300 damage easy to do on mech I know well and 600 easy on mech which I mastered. I die often - right... sometimes to make team win. Like sacrifice mech without ammo, by distracting enemy and take fire on, by leading push when needed. If team win - no matter survive my mech or not. So you what suggest - don't die no matter what? Hide and turn mech off? That your suggestion? Sometimes I die last, sometimes I die in the middle of match. Yeap - I spectate how others play, but more often change mech and start another game.
- Ok, if I'm poor pilot - we free to start duel. Show me your magnificent skill - in lobby or in solaris division on your choose.

My theory is that most bad players don't stick around after they die. I know that before I ever got better, I never did. Not sticking around 1) keeps players from watching better, longer living players (Or watching other bad players do bad things from a more objective position), 2) allows players to circumvent the "punishment" of dying by allowing them to jump mechs (Which means dying, and losing matches, no longer becomes a negative), and 3) keeps people from accurately measuring their own skill, because while they may be losing 60% of their matches, they spend about 80% of time in matches that they survive, and thus probably won. It keeps people from accurately experiencing the reality of how well they play.

Because when you play against players that are even worse than you are you get high scores. When you end up in matches with better players you get zilch.
