i like how they are showing a physical box for the game and a disk for the soundtrack on a digital only product, havent you had enough false advertising PGI?
It's not false advertising. It is misleading imagery and a bit confusing though. It's clearly been mentioned that the product is downloadable when purchased etc. They could have done a better job that would have been less misleading, but at the same time it's also understandable what is being represented with the written portion that it is all downloadable content.

How dumb does your statement seem? It's more likely that people are expecting, due to confusing imagery on the design aspect, that the game may become released in a boxed form (which is rare now a days for PC video game sales) which may at some point be purchased off a shelf in a store. No one would expect physical goods to "pop out of my wifi, cable nor computer". I understand you are joking, but give some amount of intelligence credit to the people you are "bashing".
The imagery they are using is a little misleading. Rather than a box to represent their product (which they aren't selling in that form as far as I know) with a little download symbol under it, they could have simply placed the MW5 emblem to represent the game instead. Would have been less confusing/misleading. The music "CD" could have been replaced with a simple note symbol. The manual "booklet" could have just had a greyed out faded "PDF" lettering splayed across the cover or something. This would have been for clarity of visual representation.
Once again, it's not false advertising to be clear. It's just confusing imagery and design.
