As title noticed this the other night. Hit escape mid game but the game carried on regardless of showing the 'pause' menu.

Doesn't seem repeatable. (Yet)

The game pauses in single player, doesn't pause in co-op.

This was is singe player. I haven't played co-op yet. :-)
