Ok, I guess I'll give it some more time. I guess "Instant" Access is a little misleading, although likely not intentionally so.

Redheat, admittedly 12 hours from your post but you're a Legendary Founder and I assume you've been emailed by now, too.

Caliban seems to be the only one with an issue and I'm sorry to say we can't help him as it's between him and his bank / payment handler.

I have been trying to give my money freely to get a vet stats. I login on the main page and click buy now banner. I click buy and it pops open a windows where you enter a #CC or Paypal and I am using a #CC after I hit submit it pops the same window up with no #CC. I entered it a second time and the same thing. That was this morning so thinking it just took some time I waited. After a few hours I sent an email to support and nothing is back yet. I just went to the same window and I did see I was logged in on the site but not in the billing window that pops up. I clicked login and it tells me "ERRER: unable to log in".

With nothing from support what is my next step?

Are they even still on sale? I realize the banner is still reachable but we're beyond the 7th August now, the assets went into the game. I'm pretty sure from what was said that they planned to cease sale of the packs at that point.

They are.

From the dev update of 7th Aug:
How long will the Founder's Program be on sale? Due to recent overwhelming demand, the Founder's Program will continue to be made available beyond August 7th. Cut-off timing for the Founder's Program offer will be announced at a later date.

Ah, I'd not managed to see that, yet. Good stuff! I'm all for people having access until PGI decide enough is enough, although running it till actual launch would seem to take the ****... It's their game, though. :-)

So it sounds like the chance of me getting into beta testing without buying a founders pack is next to none. Oh well, good things come to those that wait.

Same as anyone else who made it into beta without purchasing; there are a lot of registered users but even with thousands of keys already out, the number of beta testers is a fraction of those. It's meant to test the game, which means they don't want everyone who has any interest just yet; that's open beta, which is coming.

I been hearing rumors of what we have now will not be deleted when game is released and i heard that we will start fresh. Anyone know what the fact is or where to find it? hate to bust my butt off to get to Master on a Atlas and then turn around and have to do it again when i could have been missing around and see how other mechs hold up and stuff

They will be wiping everything at the start of open beta, and that is when all our founder stuff will start ticking down. To me that says they will not be wiping between open beta and official launch.

Stranger things have happened though.

okay so i have tryed to buy founder package twice now the first time i used my debit card an its went through my bank account says the money has been takin but got no email or anything an money has not been returned yet 2nd time trying i did with paypal an got an email from playspan witch i posted up a few posts an ik that one is being refunded but what can i do about the first one an dont say contact support plz ive messaged them an all i get back is when only have abandoned and unsuccessful payment attempts when first one has been takin from my account any ideas?

But you seem to be forgetting that, according to that email you posted, you owe Playspan a $25 reversal fee and they won't process any more payments (regardless of the payment type) for you until you pay them. They even provided you with a link to pay that fee.. this is what is holding you back, not PGI.. not Paypal.. not your debit card company.

As per the email you quoted:

Quote

We will need to receive the payment for for any new order, plus the 25.00 USD returned payment fee to reactivate this account.

Quote

Once we have received your payment we will reactivate your account and send you a confirmation email. If you require any additional assistance or information, please feel free to contact us.

Take it up with that company.

EDIT: Just to clarify - UltimatePay IS Playspan, PayByCash IS Playspan. They are the same company.

This is not beta forum, don't discuss matters pertaining to the beta here, Sevorast & Brazzez. Also, you're not quite right but again, this isn't the correct forum.

The information I provided is available here http://mwomercs.com/...ate-august-7th/

Which is a topic posted 2 days ago in this forum. Seems to me they don't mind discussion of that topic here.

Actually, you're right. I forgot that they discussed the details of the founder assets and current timeline with a public post. My apologies, I jumped on it because it was discussing the way things currently work in beta.

Understandable, NDA is serious business.

what about the people who did not buy founder package?

Its that old story again that happens with most games now.....if you have the money they like you, if you dont, you will have to wait.
A bit one sided in my opinion.....favours the people that can afford to shell out money willy nilly.
