The best charger I have seen was the liao charger. It was the charger-1A5
ac20,2srm6,med laser, small laser, 50% more armor, but speed was reduced to 64.8.

Turkeys and Emus look remarkably similar, one is simply taller. It's almost as if they are in the same genus.
The philosophy, though, can be summarized in one word "Squawk"
