The best charger I have seen was the liao charger. It was the charger-1A5

ac20,2srm6,med laser, small laser, 50% more armor, but speed was reduced to 64.8.

Are you sure that Cataphract isn't look like a neckless turkey?

By the way, what's the Capellan's philosophy of building a mech look more or less like a bird?

Turkeys and Emus look remarkably similar, one is simply taller. It's almost as if they are in the same genus.

The philosophy, though, can be summarized in one word "Squawk"
