Anyone can form a team. You'll play matches in compq with your team while the queue is open. The players on a team when the compq window closes will qualify for rewards and be eligible to proceed to the semifinals if they place high enough.

Last year 47 teams played the minimum number of matches. That's between 376 and 564 players who qualified for rewards. Some teams had players who played on them but were not on the final roster. Those players wouldn't get rewards but did participate.

Please tell me, will all the matches take place on the same NA server? Or each time zone will play on its own sevrere: NA - on the North American server; EU - on the European server; AP - on Oceanic server?
I apologize. English is not my language. Therefore, the language barrier affects the understanding of the rules.

As I understand it each team chooses their home server. The server used for a given compq match is randomly chosen between the home servers of the two teams involved.
Once we get to the semifinals the rules cover server selection.

I'm new to MWO, have no hope of winning (at least for this season!).
Is there anything like playing (not winning) 25 games of MWO COMP Champion Series 2020 to get any minimum reward?
Sorry, tried to look around, but could not find anything about any rewards, hence this question.

At the moment all you need to do is form a team in the comp queue tab in game. Happy hunting out there!

PGI does check for alts at some point and it is against the rules to play in comp queue on more than one account. Rather than spouting nonsense to try to undermine comp why don't you join in and provide any constructive feedback you have, or mind your own business.
