What is the point of making an online PVE game?
Unless you suggest cooperative PVE?

Bots would actually provide better teammates than most of the current population of MWO, provided PGI had absolutely nothing to do with the AI.

Uh...pretty sure they already did that. With a better graphics engine and everything. And, in true PGI fashion, dropped the ball again. MW5 is still waiting for DLC that's pretty much already available elsewhere in the form of "addons."

Online PvE are by definition cooperative, with perhaps 1 player missions optional.

Follow the WOWs lead and have semi-regular co cop events against bots. Can be LORE themed or otherwise. Could have restrictions on which mechs to launch in or have a specific set of mechs ala trial mechs that can be dropped in.

There you go. Co op vs bots. Test the waters. Satisfy the "but we need bots!!!" crowd. Satisfy the muh lore crowd. Test and tune ai while you're at it.

I'm not gonna praise WOWs much but there are some things they did that MWO definitely could've learned from. Mainly their testing grounds is actually pretty useful.

seeing War Thunder, warframe, diversity 2,Star Conlict, Wow, SWTOR ...fast Games for Grinding or Coop with Mates for Fun , when the Sense not is for Stressfull PvP ****fights and for Beginners

I kind of agree, but that's like MW5 with extra steps. You might as well just add multiplayer on MW5 at this point, plenty of games are a mix of that anyways. And IIRC, MW5 even has cooperative multiplayer, so yeah.

I wish they would make basic deathmatch on MW5 though -- that being said I actually haven't played it to see.

Can't add macro transactions to MW5 though

It's better for everyone when games are f2p and makes revenue through micro-transactions.

If you charge 60$ for a game, you only get X players that will buy it.

If you charge 0-1000$ for a game, where people who want to pay 0$ can pay 0$, people who want to pay 60$ can pay 60$, and people who want to pay 1000$ can pay 1000$, then usually you get 4-5X players that play the game. More players = better matches made and more fun for the people who pay. This is basically economics and the first thing taught in business classes.

People who can't control their impulses will waste all their money regardless, so that can't be your rallying cry.

But that's not really what is the trend nowadays? Sure, put Micro-Transactions on free games, but you got companies like EA and Activision putting microtransactions on the games they already sold, while also selling mercurial virtual items like merely a laser sight for a dollar. Seriously?

You got games that were simple rehash, rerelease of old games so that they will have to buy micro-transactions once again. This is the problem of Madden and Fifa, that they are just to trick people to buy to build their teams... again.

The Games Industry had shown us that it refuses to regulate itself, so much so that the governments had to step up. You know you're doing something wrong when there's Bipartisan support against predatory behaviors like that.

Do those classes involves ethics and basic humanity?

Here is the thing, what you really said is basically a non answer. Availability of the game was never in question, it was the ethics behind it. And while you can throw your "muh economics" on me that I didn't even disagreed, I just don't really know where to go from there because that's not even my contention.

It's impossible to get rid of all the addictive impulses in the world. Easier to learn self control. Otherwise might as well shut down all restaurants making delicious food cuz people can't avoid getting obese. Asking for companies to avoid selling anything appealing which may cause harm when taken in excess is an exercise in futility. It's the person's flaw.

When you have to deal with this on any sort of level you will cringe at the judgements you make in your youth.
