Horrid mobility, bad hitboxes. Having 5 tons less to play with might matter two, but I think the prior two points are more important.

you fire and simultaneously the target drops into a depression and you miss. but if you aren't taking fire and you have time to set up you can put 20 or 30 damage into it. i think running over rough terrain screws it up most. throw in a little serpentine and pump your throttle for even greater effect. increase the error on all 3 axes. lights especially should change their direction frequently.

this is why i never understand why pug teams set up their defense on boreal vault on the perfectly flat platform rather than the rough terrain in front of it. or on grim portico, if you fail to hold them at the gate, its actually better to defend the platform from behind it than on it because the terrain is less flat. flat ground is bad.

Well for a start narc and lerms are a good counter for jumpy up and downy ppc shooty mechs.
They are another weapon system, your way would only use PPC's, one weapon, even COD has more weapons.

So I disagree with your idea as it would reduce variety and increase boredom

Stats are worthless if you don't give a **** about them. You people put to much stock in something a lot people are not trying to maintain bud. *Looks at glass of whiskey and THC vape unit sitting on desk*

I have no problem with pop sniping as long as it in line and not the completely dominate way to play

Glad you mentioned it, as its nothing a proper guid functioning match making system could not fix.
Such as MM would sort people by "don't give a **** about them Tier".

So people with equal "don't give a **** about them" would play each others in the game , allowing one to have fun and simultaneously par take in the finer things in life irrespective of the level of whiskey or THC vape.

Simple fix in theory, if for instance PGI hired some one smarter than them, like a programmer,
But that's not allowed, smart people have the potiental to tell you your wrong and such feed back despite being feedback is taken as a personal insult in some parts.
A big loss of face instead of what it really is feedback.

And PGI being Canadian should under stand that fun, MWO, Canadian whiskey and THC vape should be possible and is possible with a smart programmer and good match making system.

PGI Pro Tip: Mixing Solo's and groups did not improve your games match making chops.

I still think its skillgap and poor skill leveling of player teams in the match making process that results in completely domination during game play.

Playstyles and weapons are simply the instruments used by those on the better end of the skill gap equation.
Its not the source of their power.
Power comes from skill gap so yeah matchmaking is the answer again.

I'd like to see Snub Nose PPCs have less heat generation and a slightly smaller cooldown; I can imagine a few chassis benefitting from the slightly faster cooldown, while also still allowing the SNPPC be viable in any non-quirked chassis.
