So I have purchased all the legendary mach packs though steam, but I didn't get any of the war horns or bolt-ons.
Do I just have to play the mechs to earn the war horns and bolt-ons or can I only access the battle pass though the MWO website?

I still want Ghillie's Mini Me. An Urban Mech with ECM 1 light Gauss and 3 Er Small lasers.
It would not be overpowered I have tested this build on the Street cleaner and my average is 350ish damage. Just needs a few quirks and would be a great sniper support mech.
