I still say if everyone playing the event brings a friend we can build the game back up instead of killing it with negativity and requests for unrealistic updates.

I don't believe you'll be able to sell these, but hey, adding completely free mechs to your collection by simply playing one game ain't a bad thing!
Thanks for your opinion, but it's precisely an opinion.
I was expecting a response from the devs...

They have done this for some time now. They gave away the Vanguard and another mech that currenlty escapes me, then they had the Broadside and the Bludgeon. Playing one single match was always the requirement for these mechs.
Having to play one match is unfortunately not gonna increase the number of ative players that much anyway.

Roughneck Powerhouse was the 4th one.
The base models are already available this time, but unlike the other 4, you probably can't buy them with MC or real money later. They might end up being offered in the customer appreciation program 2021 again.

Actually, original basic versions of these Variants already exist without any kind of

But yeah, do consider it possible that people may get access to them with the Annual Loyalty Rewards Program in the future, and don't expect an "(S)" version to be purchasable In-Game later, unless the folks at PGI are about to do something rather strangely interesting. Frankly, if they DID do something interesting in this regard, then I would be totally positive & thankful about it.
