I’ve played several matches but no free mechs delivered.

Did you redeem the event in the ingame thing, or in the website? That's a fairly important step.

Actually, got the CBill reward, but not the mechs.

do you need to do something else to redeem them?

you have to log in,go to the events page and claim them. It should give you all the stuff at once. Since there is a very little match score of 50 required I played about six matches just to make sure. Also it some times take the server a while to update so try and then try 30 minutes later to redeem.

Match score is shown in the end match screen but its hard to read when you got everyone else's numbers too. If all else fails you can email support. Be polite and they have very fast turn around.

In the [Live_Events] look for [Holiday_Bonus_2020] and you'll see the (very low) requirements to get your two (2) free mechs, mechbays, and MC!

There are lots of other more challenging quest rewards which would end in just a few days time, but there's still time to achieve these! Good luck!

Ancient reward system is ancient. PGI didn't want to do any UI updates to integrate it into the client.

Sometimes you must play one more game. When you return back to your hangar after the mission, it forces your 'Mechlab to refresh. That pair of newly added 'Mechs should appear then.

I’ve logged in/out, played at least half a dozen games, etc. Got the CBills and MC. Still no mechs.

You did not by any chance switch "on" the toggle switch for "Favorite Mech", thus hiding all other mechs (including the newly purchased mech), right?
