Hey, I was watching a Twitch stream titled -Chill stream, Giveaway mayb!- on JustCallMe Ash's channel and saw what appeared to be a glitch. I slowed down the part I'm wondering about. Is it just a PGI feature?!? I'd really like to think so, but the more I watch it the more it seems like something nefarious is at work. Am I trippin or what? Thanks

What you observed is called jump-jet jitter. Your crosshair is jittering when you use your jumpjets to a certain degree.

It's a design feature to curb pop tart sniping.
Sneaky way around that, take a tag.
JJ's don't actually shake your aim, rather it just shifts it to one side:
Jump then hold your tag button a split second later. That's your new aim point. Line up and fire.

Better to just time the shot at the peak were you stop. There a second at the peak when you stop before you drop back down
