[feeWAIVER]

Just came back after a couple years, played quickplay for a few days.
I decided to hop back into FP, which I used to play pretty much exclusively.

Waited in line, got my game. I expected to get a pug group, but the pug group I had was more awful than I could ever imagine.. I could write a rant about it, but they basically broke every common sense rule of FP and threw the game, then argued over why they weren't wrong to do it.
It was infuriating.

Are there any decent FP units still playing?

dsx and gnx are the only fp units left of any reasonable level of skill, theyre barely above average, but are strong by the virtue of being the only remaining groups that field coordinated 12mans

all the actually good fp units can barely drop a 4man today

(Erm... I think 31HR still dabble with a decent sized group most nights in the EU TZ but I'm going to guess you're referring to NA TZ....'cause you know, THAT'S all that matter )

FP units existed? i remember there was a unit called IDI run by a certain guy named xPUGx but never thought it was an FP unit.

Phew, for a moment I thought you were going to say IDI was a "serious" FP Unit . . . never was, never would have been . . . it was all about a decent bunch of folk having fun.

I would say what we did to each other's mechs (almost more so than the opposition) but the mere suggestion of what we did do just ends up being redacted or removed . . . so I leave it to your imagination

Yeah FP has been popping lately, and thank god! Quickplay feels so hollow and gets boring fast.
