I can accept that their WEAPON Hit-Box is a Pixel.
I can accept that they have little silhouette.

BUT I CAN NOT ACCEPT THAT THEY ARE EVEN IMMUNE TO BEAGLE PROBE AND TAG!!!!

People quit because ya can't target a (presumed) stealth Pirate's Bane? Now this I can get behind.

In the last year there have been threads asserting that people quit because:
- the awful NPE,
- groups in the solo queue
- absurd incrementalism of the skill tree,
- predictable maps,
- Nascar,
- Assaults can't defend themselves,
- Piranahs,
- stealth Fleas,
- too high of alphas,
- ERPPC spam,
- Gauss Spam,
- LRM's OP,
- ineffectual LRMs,
- OP Streaks,
- ineffectual Streaks,
- ttk too low,
- laser vomit OP,
- the cauldron's changes, and of course:
- a player said something offensive to me

I'm sure I am missing some, but, see, I really like your assertion because it is so very specific. People quit because a mech can't detect a Pirate's Bane with a beagle or tag. It's just so, so, particular in its expressed indignation that I can't help but appreciate it. Let's add it to the list.

Reducing mouse sensitivity WAY DOWN makes hitting lights much easier.

Stealh is stupid, yes, but I doubt they'll ever remove it. Luckily stealth mechs are also bad, so there isn't much to worry about. A normal Locust with 5ML or 6SPL is much more dangerous than the stealth one with its 4ML.

Because here is what's happening:

1. you're getting shot by the stealth light
2. you're panicking
3. because you're panicking, you think you can't see it when in reality your sensors can't see it. you can see it just fine, you just gotta swing your mech about until you find it
4. if you find it, you're still panicking, so when you shoot it, you're either missing outright or only splashing a little bit of damage onto its legs

next time this happens, I want you to take a deep breath, make sure your mouse sensitivity is lowered to .1 or 2., and just track the locust patiently and calmly. A Pirate's bane carries maximum four small pulse lasers and doesn't have all that much armor or structure. if you don't freak out you will be able to kill it before it kills you.

OK look, this is incoherent. Other people do not have this problem with stealth lights and I'm telling you what to do in order to counter them. I need you to express yourself coherently so we can figure out the problem here.
