Sorry Tinvictus, If you go into the clan Wave 1 and Wave 2 packages on the website, you can either buy the mechs in sequence, or you can skip the buying sequences and get specific mechs as the ala carte. You don't get all the whistle and bells doing it that way, but if you just want to get say, the Timberwolf Prime really bad and nothing else from wave 1, then you can ala carte the Timberwolf Prime without buying all the other mechs.

I think the rewards should go up for each year you played. I have been playing for over 9 years and think that kind of dedication should be rewarded more. Plus it might keep others interested.

The pricing on the a la carte options is wack, though.
It's not worth, for example, to bother with the a la carte KFX and NVA, since the difference between buying both tiers and the a la carte NVA is a whopping $5. On sale price, buying the a la carte SMN and the pack up to SMN tier is a whopping $8 difference.
It goes the same for Clan Wave II and III, Origins IIC and both Resistance collections - a la carte pricing only makes sense if you are never going to buy more than one mech from the pack, and with its' price structure it should only be third tier up when off-sale or fourth tier up when on sale.

umm.... i bought all the required stuff and my elegebility hasnt updated yet should i be worried??? also is it a full 24 hours after purchase or do i just have to wait till whatever time was specified... because its already past that time and it hasnt updated, im starting to get scared

Email support. I redeemed a Charger pack in April, it should have counted, it didn't.

Was checking in here myself as I just bought a Hatamoto-Chi pack yesterday to qualify for the Prime reward but it hasn't counted on my profile. While the MC purchase I made after the Hatamoto-Chi purchase has counted for the Urbanmech tier.

Not to worry, all Loyalty mechs comes with its own free mechbay!
Or, at least, that's been the tradition every year for this Loyalty program.

This year's Annual (Loyalty) Rewards 2021 for the first time appear to have no "Redeem" button for manual receiving.

These Loyalty mechs would be injected on: Nov. 23^rd, 2021 10:00:00 (PST) (Nov. 23^rd, 2021 6:00:00 UTC).

(If you're online then and did not receive these, try logging out of MWO game client, and log back in!)

(For example, Annual (Loyalty) Rewards 2020 did state that rewarded mechs including Loyalty mechs came with its own free mechbay! I have screenshots of these.)

Huh, maybe our eligibility doesn't update over the weekend?

I bought the Dervish Ultimate pack Saturday morning (which almost immediately showed up in my mechlab), but today my profile still says I am unqualified for the Prime Reward.

Guess I'll send them an email tomorrow if it still has not updated.

UPDATE: I checked again a little later today and it now shows as qualified. Houston we have a go.

One of the devs also said it has ECM. As well as that we're getting an Atlas with jumpjets. Personally I'm kind of curious what they're doing with the loyalty Viper. Don't think they've said much of anything on that one yet.
