At least, yes. I suppose there will be some mild Hardpoint inflation involved.
For the UM-R80 i can see a 3rd Energy hardpoint in the Right Arm.
The Viper is an Omni and will see no inflation, which is fine.
The AS7-K3 is difficult. It has only 4 Weapon systems in its stock loadout, but ECM, Jump Jets and a bigger Engine. So I'd compare it to the Boar's Head, which has 6E 1B 1M. With JJs and ECM taking up the equivalent of 1 hardpoint each, my guess will be 4E 1B 1M 1ECM for the K3's Hardpoints.

I don't, it already has 4E. Giving it 5E on top of JJs and ECM would make it strictly better than K9 and Grinner.

I disagree. The K9 has 5E 1B and JJs and usually ECM counts the same as one hardpoint. Even then, the K9 would have a more favourable Hardpoint placement, since it can strip one arm down on armour.

Put a good heavy mech into the ultimate reward and it is fine. So with my 5. Atlas that I do not need and another Urbie that I dislike personally I am a bit disapointed.

I saw that, but my reward status at the time didn't reflect what the words said. I still had a red "X"even though my purchase was the previous day b hence my question. It has since updated.
