This seems the current thread on performance settings: I've long had a boost from moving the threads around, but I looked up last month and got the impression they'd been locked down to the default cores.
… A SMRT Guy would ask if there was some maximum FPS set somewhere? I just got a new video card, and seem to be 210 on the training grounds-version of Frozen?
Thanks in advanced …

Afaik, there is not a FPS lock in place but it can be set in the config file or the GPU config file if ya wanting to lower it. MWO graphics is primarily driven by single core CPU speed, not an increase in cores but speed itself.

Seems like there is no "MWOConfig.exe" in the .zip file anymore?
At least if I download it from https://github.com/MrVaad/MWOConfig I dont find it
Is it still working with a user.cfg? no matter which user.cfg I put into the main MWO folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Piranha Games\MechWarrior Online) i dont see any changes. And yes I deleted shader folder before & use tuning.cfg

Am I? I dont know... I am responding to the creator of this topic (MrVaad)
Just noticed that in his .zip files or on github is no .exe file anymore. so my question is, is this tool still working or possible to download somewhere? Or how do i start/open the MWOconfig tool?

You are overseeing the .zip. Go to the releases section and look for the latest (v0.6).
