I personally am looking foward to this mech; it's always been the very low ammo that turned me off!

Eh... Let's not hammer on him. He has already posted plenty, and seems to be too overloaded at this time. Why, you ask? No feedback or understanding was given when I asked perfectly valid questions about various things over the past few months. While I may have personally taken no chances on a couple of things and dodged a metaphorical bullet or two, some other people have unfortunately been negatively affected by the results of this lack of communication. (I can provide Links to the corresponding pile of posts upon request as proof if anyone wants to reply to this post, but I would have to dig around more than I want to right now in order to do it.) Other than that, he also seems to have gone very quiet, and may even be having a lot of his time consumed by MW5 and all the DLC that entails, if what other indications I've heard says anything.

Well... It's either he's too overloaded, or Matt's got some kind of unnecessary hate for my trying to discuss reasonable concerns on various things, and may have even put an unnecessary ignore on my posts over it. However, I'm trying not to think that has wrongfully happened, as I would like to assume that the scenario of overload is what occurred. Any which way, let's leave him be for now, and maybe we won't end up with the Christmas period being some painfully messed-up hardcore hellishness.

I’m not sure if this has been discussed yet. But last night I purchased the Tournament Supporter package roughly around this time last night. I checked to see if I was eligible for the Viper (L) loyalty mech.

It still says I’m not eligible.. Help?

well you need to wait 1 day CHECK MAIL, then use the code they give you here on this page, then log in to the game, each event is logged in game. ONCE you do all the steps bingo, you will get the MECH, when its released.

Absolutely underwhelming annual rewards compared to previous years. Easy to get with little spending for newer players, but nothing really for whales, who keep on spending monthly. At least give us the option to select (L) variant mechs like before, not only it does not affect you in any way, as most of these players have 100/200+ mechs at least, but you will have your little crowd of remaining players satisfied. Literally have friends who has spent incredible amounts of money based of last year annual program, only to get (L) Atlas for example.

Well crap. I just now redeemed my Tournament Supporter gift code that I bought last night. Does that mean I missed out on the Viper? I thought you just had to purchase the pack.

Sorry to telling this to you, but well, you also had to redeem it in time. Right now, please ask Support in assistance.
