Just curious, why this above arrangement, that only the JR-K gets +1 Consumable Slot?

There are 3 others mechs with +1 UAV, but no additional Consumable Slot.

==> I personally feel that Raven RVN-3L of all mechs should also get +1 Consumable Slot (it already has +1 UAV).

Highlight from below source for everyone's easy reference:
https://mwomercs.com...-hsl-quirk-list

<<LIGHT = 20-35ton>>
# JR7-IIC-3:	+1 UAV Capacity <MISSING +1 Consumable Slot>
													   '
  JR7-K: +1 UAV Capacity, +1 Consumable Slot
  RVN-3L: +1 UAV Capacity <MISSING +1 Consumable Slot>

<<MEDIUM = 40-55ton>>
													   '
  PXH-R*: +1 UAV Capacity <MISSING +1 Consumable Slot>

Right. The mechs without the extra slot can field 2 UAV's with but a single skill point in the Auxiliary tree. Advantage, but a minimal one.

Because quite frankly, the JR7-K needs the help more. Before the skill tree the JR7-K's only real selling point was having an extra module slot. Back in the "Rule of Three" days, I skilled up my Jenner K by using it as a consumable boat.

Per Cauldron, this was intentional and for balance reasons. Personally I agree with you.

Even with quad lppc its still a bad hitbox jenner with no ecm. Trying to leverage those pewpew tossers isn't easy in this cauldron world of large laser vomit with its 50~70 points of pinpoint damage. Even sweeping damage can open a component.

if you are fighting at point blank range those would be issues. but the lppc is best used in the 300-max range. which has some useful advantages. like being able to out-range clan streak boats. big alphas are only useful when you can land the full alpha, and light mechs make that problematic. you have moments where it works, like if a light is being lethargic or is fighting in close quarters.

Right. its a Jenner, its going to be a rough ride no matter what you do. Never brawl in a Jenner.

With quad LPPC combined with HSL and cooldown quirks, it can lay down 20 pinpoint from 600m out has has no minimum in a pinch. Its issue is heat and speed, because you're not hitting 120 (talking before mobility tree) in that thing. Its really only a great mech if the enemy is staring at something else. Posted Image

*large laser vomit enters the chat*

I've poked out to fire off a salvo at optimal only to be opened up by laser wash on the jenner from someone on the other side of the map doing the same as me. It's not a brawling issue it's the new cauldron large laser meta. If I'm going to lppc on a light I'll take the ecm urbie or a spider 5d since both have much better hitboxes and the spider is a poptarting beast.

I agree too. It's not like the other mechs are all that great either.
