Hi there, 'Ertur'... :huh:

Have you been using the Website Event Tracker "Redeem" Buttons to get your stuff? If so, they suffer from a long-standing Bug which delays you from getting your things. It will usually take a Logout and Re-Login after a few hours (sometimes days) delay before anything will be credited to you from there. Sometimes it will even be injected silently with no displayed notification, and you'll be forced to leave the MechLab for a few before it will show up. Any which way, as you can see, using this route is never recommended. The only thing which the Website Event Trackers are good for is merely to keep an eye on all the Challenges up until you reach the basic point of completion. After that, the In-Game Event Browser becomes the strict de-facto place for receiving any information on how your progression is coming along. :mellow:

And speaking of that, if you can make sure to stick with the In-Game Event Browser for getting your things, then you can avoid these shenanigans. Only one fair note when you press the "Claim" Buttons in there, make sure that you do NOT click a second time on the same "Claim" Button in the interface. It was never designed with any mid-operation animations for people to avoid panic with, and the only noticeable feedback before the Injection Dialog comes up is to your personal "(MC)"/"(C-Bills)"/"General XP"/"Premium Time" numbers down in the far bottom-left of the entire display. Simply put, patience may be extremely necessary, but it becomes very rewarding for the person who wants instant delivery. :D

Thanks for the detailed response. I had, in fact, been using the website and not the in-game tracker. I had been away a while, and forgot that the sigma looking thing was for the event tracking.

I have, since posting, received my hunchie; but am still waiting on the camo pattern. I think I got the cockpit items, but I didn't pay attention to how many I had before.

LOL ok i had BRAIN FART, make sure you turn on --- in your mechlab-- to see all mechs IS and Clans.

PS---- i lost a IS hero mech once, but playing on different COMPUTERS, found it set to clan only, go figure : )

imo, the Heavy/ER Med build is better because the heat is way more manageable for almost the same damage and nearly twice the range. You can also boost your range by adding a targetting computer.

A week ago or so I had a very unique match that VERY RARE and really cool to experience :
It was like we were an actual squad that was dropped on a planet that looks like the new map and we had to kill all enemy units on that planet!

100% Game worthy experience with excellent immersion! Posted Image
