Naaaah, granting players the ability to gift packs already existing (cough cough ... new player packs) to other players and therewith creating revenue is a question of area denial / mined territory for PGI.

My favorites :
- Halloween Pumpkin
- ER LARGE Speaker Warhorn
- Christmas Bells
- Tuskalian Warhorn but I think I got the name wrong : It's green and it spins a bit!
- Some of the Radio Warhorns like "NICE SHOT!"
- There is a Construction Site Radio Warhorn or something like that which was the first one I ever got in some Event a VERY LONG TIME ago
- Lepricon Golden Pot or whatever it's called : Soo funny!

And some others but I can't remember their names right now...

Well hopefully at some point they will bring some resources back here to MWO. That being said even without them, just with the amount of events they run now, and the way the community is these days, for a game that is as old as it is I would honestly say that the state of MWO is far from terrible and far better than when I started playing it way back in closed beta.

Blugh never mind. Found it. I first rolled an eight and leveled my mage up and then used my tank to block the direwolf, as my archer lyrm'd hell from above. Then i got stuck because my second roll was snake eyes and i ended back at the store page > under Bundles of Joy....
