[Rondoe]

So I mounted 2x Rac5 in the Marauder II Alpha in the arms, took it to the testing grounds and they would not fire! (yes they had plenty of ammo)

They didn't even try to spin up to firing speed.

Lasers and missiles worked fine.

Tried on the MAD II 4L. Rac's worked fine.

I don't get it.

Anyone got any ideas?

If racs are set to chain fire they will not fire at all.

Highlight the weapon group with the racs in it and hit backspace to turn of chain fire.

Edit: That worked, not sure how chain fire got turned on, must have hit the backspace key at some point in the past. Haven't taken that mech out in quite awhile.

Suggest you look into remapping your keys for a more custom/better experience?

In the heat of the moment, especially when your mech might be about to die, I myself have pressed all the wrong buttons that make things worse:

• Pressed "P" (Shutdown mech!!) instead of "O" for Over-Ride heat cap.
  
• Pressed "T" by mistake ingame and all your subsequent keystrokes become chat.
  ie: your mech stand still and die! (Similar situation with "Y" and occasionally "U" also)

I've remapped a fair number of keys, and I feel that above two "P" and "T" needs to be remapped at minimum.
