Because I'm a sucker for aesthetics... For the love of god I hope the artist in charge of animation doesn't make it waddle or prance and actually imbues it with some semblance of weight and organic bipedal kinesiology.

Unfortunately, PGI hasn't had a real senior animator there for many years, which can be seen in the poor animations along with the terrain/feet IK problems...Urbies sliding across the floor due to speed and leg movement mismatches, stiff hips or stilts or ballerina dances ... except for the king crab, the animations are just better than mWLL but worlds below mW4 or even 3

I think that MW4 had some good animations, but MW3 conveyed the feel of piloting a multiton war machine better.

I think this would only be truly interesting if they did the missile pods in the legs. That would make it really unique.

Well again… you aim pretty much every weapon in this game by twisting the torso. You couldn’t do that with the legs. So it was either move them to the torso or make a third firing reticle just for leg weapons.

And who would want weapons that fire from hip level or BELOW? Higher hard points are better hard points.

unique doesnt necessarily mean useful, though, granted, they do look cool on the legs.

Maybe it would be unique, but it would create some big problems:

1. Those leg-mounted hardpoints would be placed pretty low on the 'Mech. Every low obstacle such low building, boulder, piece of machinery or tree stump in front of you would be a problem.

2. Many players have difficulties with managing two reticules. With leg-mounted weapons, they would have to manage three reticules.

3. Leg-mounted weapons would be useless in situations when you are circling around enemy 'Mech with your 'Mech's torso twisted 90° left or right.

4. Limited space for weapons. Leg-mounted SRM rack would mean just two slots available for weapons. With those SRMs moved to side torsos, you can use that hardpoint to mount some pretty big missile weapons.

You guys keep introducing logic into this! Everyone says you can't do something cool, until you do it and there you go.

Nice. Looks sufficiently different from the Armored Valkryie so it would be legal proof.

At first the shape of the head of the PGI's Crusader surprised me (I expected something like the head of the PGI's Phoenix Hawk), but gradually I have come to like it.

I really wish they stopped making concept art of mechs is poses that the mechs themselves cannot have in-game. Like, what does it look like with it's arms raised into firing position? That's the main question..

I really wanted to get the Ultimate pack but it didn't have any % off for buying everything. Buying Ultimate pack should have been $60 or had something extra.

I will miserably wait it out for MC or c-bills, while I watch everyone pilot their shiny new mechs.
