Team mate (not you) makes a Laser Weapon Killing Blow.
So do you get NARC Kill also?

dude, you're sitting in a 4? xlrm10 atlas behind a building, dying in a fresh mech as the 10-12th .. that is neither teamwork nor should it be rewarded.

we really should have an easily accessible wiki for that and other reward-stuff.

I'm quite sure (can't find the source, but read it up somewhere years ago) it works the following:
you narc somebody,
he dies to lockon-weapons while the beacon is active
you get the bonus.

he dies to something else while the beacon is active
you get nada.

Eh... different rule applies there... NARC requires that the Killing Blow happen with Lock-On Weapons in order to get the NARC Kill Reward's collection.

You don't know me anywhere near that well. I'm not the kind of person who sits back in my Atlas during the entire Match on the field, even when I'm using LRMs to help the Team around me. My armor does get used, so I'm generally not last dead except in rare circumstances. It would however be rather nice to start seeing more NARC'd Targets out there, but the incentive has to be there for people to use NARC in the first place. After all, if the incentive is there, then so comes the purpose, which then follows with use of certain strategies and tools, and thus the Teamwork which then makes MWO enjoyable for all.

Is there any HUD on-screen indicator for enemy who has been NARC'ed?

I remember 2 years ago team member(s) say they will NARC enemy, but I have no idea which enemy has been NARC'ed (if any)!

There has been an indicator since well before I ever came to exist on MWO at all. Look for an icon which makes one think of Wi-Fi in a given location, as it appears when an Enemy Mech has been NARC'd for the rest of your own Team to see.

quite sure I've seen you 3-4times in the last few months, and every single time in the scenario described above.
whenever I drop, I'm not for the lookout for such things, cause frankly, in QP I'm used to "that" kinda play and don't care anymore. heck, it's ~20 people in that drop playing like that.
-but it kinda sticks if I see things repeatedly.

Like I said - go on and see things your way. blinding out stuff and feeling actually useful, doing "the right thing" is deeply human and it's what ~20 of 24 people in the same drops do, too.

Hello again... Having had a couple days to go back through everything which I can remember, it happens that I do not remember seeing you any time in my last 500 Matches played. The last time which I can remember you being in the same Match as me, my own Mech of choice was explicitly NOT any of my LRM Mechs from my garage. I think that you have horribly confused me with another person, as it happens I have been in a Kill-hunting mentality for about the last two years straight.

Now pardon me, as the last meal I happened to eat left me periodically belchy, and being called as doing something which I am not (and have not done in a long time, such as the kind of 3rd-line LRM-ing which you're speaking of) happens to agitate it worse. With people such as yourself having un-updated memories like that, it's no wonder that I haven't been able to sleep properly for the last couple of days!
