do not make the mech stronger, especially with the deep-seated hardpoints compared to the AWS 8Q is my opinion

Just simple math?
X * (1 + (a + 0.1)) is not equal to X * 1.1 * (1 + a)
Quirks apply to base stats of a weapon... when you have 50% boost on base stats X... you get 1.5*X
Now if you take 10% of the boost and put it on the base stats... then you have 1.4 * 1.1 * X = 1.54*X
The 10% is now being applied to the old base stat, while the remaining 40% is now being applied to a boosted base stat.

one could also have said that today we change what we will change again at some point anyway, because something has changed the only thing that doesn't change again is the number of players as it used to be

That depends on whether you wanted speed on the Damage that you're dealing, or if you wanted better Heat Management to keep your Mech active & functional with. In terms of how they're changing that, it's essentially a simultaneous Buff AND Nerf to the C-ERLL Weapon's operation in battle, so we'll have to see how it behaves after the Patch rolls in.

PSA: DO NOT ENTER THE SKILL TREE AFTER THE PATCH UNTIL YOU ARE READY TO CHANGE IT.
You also get credit for any orphaned nodes that had to be locked so once you purchase the joining node you can reset them for free.

ERPPC snipers are much more rare nowadays.
For each ERPPC sniper that you spot, one can also spot >5 other energy snipers.
WHK-Prime with ERPPC is very rare nowadays.
This is strange, considering WHK-Prime(I) sits on the apex of that massive Clan Wave I premium mech pack!
Coupled with possible upcoming SO8 quirk pass for Clan Omnimechs, perhaps MWO is adding more value to the Clan Wave I / II / III mech packs! (MWO already started to put CT quirks into some Clan Omnimechs as well...)
==> For me it's simple: reinstate (add back in) ECM back into CT of DWF-Prime(I), and I'll jump at Clan Wave I !

Mist lynx gets that much only because the arm geometry is so abysmal. That said, I never see an Osiris.

the whole command console comands & bettys bitching sounds are GONE!
it might be little but to get an acustic confirmation if your target is destroid or if an team mate marked a target is huge

As suspected, with a 325 LFE and 15 DHS, a gauss+2erpppc setup is 53% heat on alpha. The other setup (300 LFE, 14 DHS) is 31% heat. So... 600m of pop tart, not 900m.
