Is the drop rate for Rocket Girl REALLY low? With the bonus, I have +275 loot bags so far and no Rocket Girl's. It's the one that I wanted the most!

I think that you will need less matches. And you still have more than two weeks to complete the challenge.

Anyway, if you want a free Hero 'Mech with additional camo pattern, you must do something for it.

And you can choose from 99% of Hero 'Mechs that are available in MWO, so you can pick any Hero 'Mech that you really want.

Around 1% from what I can tell, the only rarer item seems to be the Parrot warhorn around 0.3%

Unless you are a VERY GREEN Cadet, you should be able to get at least 2 loot bags for 1 match. One for 100 match score and another one for 100 damage !

Experienced MechWarriors should be able to get the 250 loot bags in less than 75 matches.

GOOD MechWarriors may be able to get the mech in less than 50 matches.

You have a month of doing this... (since July 5th)...

If you are still struggling and have CBills to burn, also suggest deploying well placed UAV very near the bulk of enemy force is and it does not get shot down, netting lots of scouting, ECM Counter, UAV locked damage, etc. which when done well would significantly increase your match score.

Also use Heavy/Assaults and concentrate on doing:
1) Raw damage of 800+ per game would single handedly bring you up to '~400' match score
2) Getting Kill Assists 8+ per game also helps bring up your match score significantly.
(Even equipping AMS shooting down enemy missiles can also net you Kill Assist when enemy dies)
