NICE special variant mechs this year, all with +30% CBills bonus!

My favorites:
CRD-6T(P)
SNS-D(P)
COR-7A(P)

I cannot wait until I get my grubby hands on above special mechs ;)

I am excited to see the rest of the shiny mechs, especially the crusader.

Really looking forward to the Annual Rewards this year.

The Corsair variant is my fav mech in this game! Thank you for selecting that one!

I dunno about anyone else but i'm not that hyped this year.. These silver mechs just don't really do it for me, feels a bit budget.

Like many others, I was thrilled to see the Corsair 7A(P) as a reward. The 7A was 90% responsible for me going up a full-tier pilot skill increase for me. Using the range +10% quirk and doing all the range skills on SP this thing is great with 4 AMS paired with a light 315~ engine, 3 ER Large Lasers (all three fired without ghost heat) + 2 Light Guass. Nothing like shielding people from missiles from the back row and plugging away from downtown. Typically games are 500-700 damage + 500-1000 AMS damage.

"STAY TUNED FOR MORE COUNTDOWN REVEALS COMING NEXT WEEK!"

Looking forward to seeing what this entails, hopefully an event queue or something neat.

Very likely just more pics of budget camo platinum versions added (and awarded) with the November patch.

So still not giving away extra rewards for packs #7 or #8 like you could expect after the #6 buyers were granted double rewards.
Or another promotion for the single actually new chassis added in 2+ years, the Crusader.

Oversized PIR-2 with JJ ;)
This is how it should be played (wish my skills are as good as JGX DATA's...)

Don't get me wrong, this is cool and all, but what do you mean by "reveal"? Weren't these mechs revealed back in August?

Pictures of the other reward mechs in platinum edition, like the 7A.
They didn't post any pics of these mechs when the annual rewards were announced.

Better deal than $500 gold mechs... anyone remember those?

I would like to see what all the legacy mech skins look like to help me decide on which ones. TTB's video had a lot of them but not all.

you can go to https://mwo.nav-alpha.com -> Mechlab -> browse -> uncheck the box under variants on the left "hide specials"-> select the loyalty mech you want to see -> tools -> stock load out -> export the build and import it in the game. you can even play around with the colors and take it to testing grounds as well

You can actually change your Platinum paint job to Gold!
I also wants my Gold Cyclops ;)

Gold Atlas = Jade Falcon Gold + Platinum Camo !
Platinum Atlas = Titanium White + Platinum Camo !
Gun Metal Grey Atlas = Obsidian Black + Platinum Camo !

By the way, my Gold Atlas AS7-D-DC(P) has not been shot by fellow team members (yet)! ;)

depending on the lighting of the map the colors can appear pretty flat and just like paint though. the mechlab is not representative of how your mech looks on the battlefield at all.
You have to go to the testing grounds and try different maps. Canyon is pretty neutral, rubellite, has very harsh lighting directly from about and drowns out most special effects, Polar also makes colors to appear brighter and more washed out, etc.
I've seen (P) mechs in various shades of plain yellow numerous times. Took a while to realize that they weren't going for some kind of simple desert paint job and didn't have the right shade of earth/sand colors, but actually trying to make their mechs look like gold.

Which they don't have in lore. But, they don't have the person who made the crusader anymore, so.

They don't have the person who made anything anymore.
Which is why I really see these "hurry up and throw more money at this dead game before the patch!" kinda hollow... I really feel for Daeron and Matt, they broke their asses off, but reality is reality.

Not blaming em, since in the end it is a management decision ... but when the main "***-off-brokers" only have the skill-set to predominantly "administrate" content and few to none employees with the skill-set to "create" content are left, that kind of Mummenschanz is what you get.

*shrug*
