I'm looking at the loyalty pack requirments and i'm lost. I qualify for some of the packs no problem, but i do not qualify for the MC purchase pack even though i have purchased MC within the dates given. I can see my MC purchase in my transaction history with the qualifying dates. How do i resolve this? Is there a contact specifically for the Loyalty stuff? Thanks for reading.

Did you purchase the MC as a gift? In that case to award goes to the player who redeems the gift.

I did not purchase it as a gift. The transaction was from the [color=#2B2E2F]2021 Holiday bonus promotion so the MC did not count as a stand alone purchase. Support was helpful and i got it resolved. I did end up snagging a MC bundle for the loyalty viper-F reward once i got it sorted out.[/color]

I did get it figured out, support helped me identify my purchase as part of the [color=#2B2E2F]2021 Holiday bonus promotion. I ended up picking up an MC bundle so i could qualify for the loyalty viper-F reward.[/color]
