I've finished out the black widow event, got the mech and everything unlocked, but the 3 new colors aren't in my color selection. I've restarted the game, waited several hours, rechecked a dozen times to make sure i redeemed them. How do I get the colors for the mech? I even looked for them in the color pallet and couldn't find them there either.

so no one else having this problem? the 3 new colors work for everyone else, but somehow they are invisible on my screen?

Same here. I knocked out the event first day so its been days and a few restarts.

Are they named something different in the color palette?

nope, i looked. Went through every color, and the ones i have don't even look close to the red black and grey from the event. no idea how to unlock them. they are redeemed but nothing i do gets them to appear under owned colors.

MWO did say they are aware of this color issue, and would fix this issue within this week...see below!

it's because the warhammer is inner sphere trash

I'm not getting them either, I still blame it on inner sphere inferior tech..

i claimed a few in game and i don't see it either.

We've sorted the color issue. Turns out the PC Gamer colors won't show up unless you have the PC Gamer pattern, so we've added the pattern to the rewards! We're also adding the pattern retroactively to all those who have already completed that step.
