Problem :

I wanted to redeem my Heavy Hero but I can't anymore ?!

I thought we could always Redeem stuff 14 days after the Event ?!

Can Support fix this for me maybe ??



Been very busy lately and was seriously in doubt between three Heavy mechs...

SAME, its always 14 days, posts from the earning phases, say 14 days after, I get here today, and have been trying to research what thing I want along with being super busy, And i cant claim mechs! or bags, I can forgive bags lost I guess, even though I lost 370 of them, but I want my

You have had 14 days to redeem Prizes gained during those particular Event Phases (Phase 01, 02, 03, 04), i.e. those C-Bills, MCs, GSP bundles.

That's what the text says on each of those Phase pages:

The main page BIG BEACH PARTY 2023 text says:

• The Loot Bags will disappear on Aug 31st, 2023 5:00:00 PM (PDT) / Sep 1st, 2023 12:00:00 AM (UTC)! Redeem your eligible matches on the event page before that deadline or they will be forfeit!
  
• In the event that you do not redeem all of your Loot Bags prior to the above deadline, Support services will not be able to provide any retroactive rewards.

It is literally written on the same page where you redeem those Hero 'Mechs. Hero 'Mechs are a part of those Loot Bags, since you earned them as a reward for accumulating a certain number of Loot Bags.


The today's date is September 3rd.

My bad for not reading the date related stuff correctly, but let's be honest here about the rest of the detauls :
- Loot Bags != Hero Mechs
- All 4 Events ended on the same date!
And it was not 14 Days later...
