I think rocket launchers should be changed to be more like how rocket pods are in real life, i.e. you hold the trigger down and the rocket pod fires continuously. Great "outside the box" thinking, I like it.
They could also add "repair bays" to "bases", letting each team member get (~certain percentage) armor repair, one time per mech, perhaps add one extra repair if certain conditions are met.
That could yield a more dynamic game.
