Did we get a list of comp mechs and their setups? I'm just wonder what they looked like.

Not really. The spectate UI doesn't allow an ability to show exact builds. But once you know the chassis and the weapons you can reverse engineer it to a reasonable level of accuracy.

That being said, the community is quite small and I'm not aware of anyone in the top teams that would safeguard their builds (especially not this side of comp series), so my advice is to reach out to those players and politely ask, they'll probably give you the build, skill tree, firing cadence, and other advice.

Well they aren't secret weapons or anything of the like and people will help if you ask them nicely.

The issue that there is simply no feature in MWO to do it easily.

The only way is via the Caster clicking through the mechs. That said once you see the weapons it's really not too hard to work out what the build has if you're reasonably adept at mech building.

Note that there are differences between Comp and QuickPlay.
-Ammo counts are usually quite different. You don't need 2k ammo+ for Comp. In place of ammo is usually more armour, DHS, larger engine or JJ/TC.
-Comp mechs generally don't skip leg or head armour (unless lights) where you absolutely will for QP.
-Skill tree is different too in that you rarely bring Radar Derp in Comp etc. Skill tree is probably more where the nuances are anyway.

To compile them all across the teams and mechs is a massive task hence it doesn't happen. Plus teams will not just have 8 mechs for each map ready. They will have dozens and that will change at times and at the last minute depending on how the previous drops have played out etc etc.
