The Ebon Jaguar  EBJ-B(S) (AKA Cauldron Born) is a new Special Mech with a 30% C-Bill Boost.

The Glow Effect on the Mech can be altered using paint colors.

Free stuff is cool and all... But didn't we get this only a few months ago? Couldn't the free mech be used to garner attention to lesser played chassis perhaps?

Cool. Another free mech event, another anniversary. But. I've got my EBJ-D at 11-2021 FME (FreeMechEvent) so... Going to be 2nd GHR?.. (I've got two GHR's from two different FME...)
P.S. Ofc gratz with anniversary and thanks a lot for another free mech. Even if I've already got same earlier

Well this is a EBJ-B and it has the 30% c-bill boost and that cool glow thing so that's a nice upgrade.

I think it looks nice, and am thankful for it/like the jaguar (even though you might as well just use the Timber instead). However, I find it strange there hasn't been a crusader giveaway. It's been available for cbills for a while. It performs well. People probably don't have as many as they do mechs that have already been given away. A cbill boosted version of the laser or missile crusader would be awesome. Or, if you wanted to make the anniversary really cool, why not throw in a free stone rhino or longbow? They're all available for mc (rhino for cbills). One of those would be really good for people who don't buy every mech pack, and the exclusivity window is basically over too.

Let's see...

• My favourite OmniMech is a prize to win (even it is a B AltConf again, c'mon PGI, you could introduce a new variant, especially for this occasion, with new guns introduced, like E, F, or just even X just to chagrin the Cauldron, but making cRAC/5 and Angel ECM exclusive to that variant, or such);
  
• Its paintjob looks somewhat like a poorer variant from the pack, with (sadly) Elementals as boltons;
  
• Speaking about guns: PAC's, APGauss; Beam Laser (really? Chem Lasers for both IS and Clans would be more practical), along with Plasma PPC (really, real Plasma Cannon along with Plasma Rifle needs ammunition, like the Chem Lasers), and LAC's, SBGauss, MagShot & TBolt's. If only Mech Mortars were introduced (ok, as with guidance or even limited AoE dealing 1 DMG to the legs...)

PGI can you not just release the SWAGGO-SAURON (a 500 ton mech with 8 legs and 12 arms) to bring this game into the final chapter?

Big thanks to the cauldron man, not only for keeping this game fun/balanced/etc but for putting in their own time to do so.
