[CFC Conky]

Hello all,

I tried this WRM-4L build I saw on one of TTB's YT videos.

Sometimes the stars just align and with it I got my first Ace of Spades today, thanks to a great team that softened the enemy up first. Sadly, I didn't record it.

It's a fun albeit spicy build, well worth a try.

Sweet. Getting an ace once you hit the sweaty tiers can be a chore. Just recently got mine on this account in a 1 vs 8 clutch. Granted one was a disco and the rest were pretty beat up I was also beat up in a spider. Felt good.

congrats on the Ace of spades OP.

i have yet to get it even after years of playing. oh i have gotten so close but that last kill is always eluded me (hell i have been well over it often enough if you count KMDDs but those don't count towards that achievement). as for TTB meh, he is one of those youtubers i stopped watching because i got sick and tired of the whining and insults every time so much as one locking weapon (primarily LRMs) so much as grazed their mech. (you don't like it carry an AMS or don't *****)

Congrtats, Conky. Ace of Spades really does require the stars to align. Got mine in the old machine Gun Mist Lynx back before Piranha butchered that build. Heh, I remember it vividly because it was down to me, one yaybo King Crab pilot who didn't know a hand actuator from a Honda Civic, and an enemy TBR. I had one leg, no machine gun ammo, maybe twenty percent of a Meth Linux left, and yet managed to BS that just-as-shot-up TBR with Jumpnanigans until I brought him down for the match win and the Ace of Spades. One of the best MWO games of my life. It's a fantastic feeling, scoring that Ace.

Congrats! Very tough to do. Not only do the stars need to align, but you need to have a decent round too.

I managed to get two in like 10+ years. First was years ago in a Commando 1ERLL, 1ML, 1SL. Second one was recently in a Moonwalker 3xLB20X 1x ERPPC, its a brutal mech.



I'm not a huge fan of TTB, he tries too hard, he's angry. His only goal is a high score at the expense of fun gameplay. I much prefer Baradul, he's like the polar opposite of that and his commentary on his tactics and ingame reasoning is really fun to listen to.

When I watch TTB and its a really stinky soup day and matches are just awful his reactions to them remind me of this little gem.

Congrats on the Ace of Spades Conky! Luck plays a part but I suspect you contributed a fair share. I'm not sure I could manage the heat in that Warhammer build! Great work.

I've only ever got one ace myself, in a total "stars aligned" battle on Polar Highlands that I'll never forget. I was running a Stalker 5M with 5xSRM6+a and a snub-nosed PPC. I ended up with 9 kills (4 solo), just over 1,000 damage. Never had a game like it since.
