Or… you know… you could look in the announcements forum for all the threads titled “patch notes” which have the date of the patch on them.

MWO community manager did at one point say that MWO patches generally come out on the 3rd Tuesday of each month.
There are a few exceptions (eg: December, well before Christmas).

Here is a quick rundown of the MWO/Cauldron patches:

BTW, MW5 patches also come out on a specific day of each month similar to MWO, but I've forgotten the details for this.
