To those it concerns at PGI — If this particular Steam-related HotFix requires downloading a Patch to drop in, there are those of us in the community who ask that you please kindly provide a file download link for manual preparation. If there is no download needed, please also kindly speak up and say so?

Yes, there is a patch, it just went live, I have successfully redeemed my King Crab. <o.

Not quite sure I'm reading your post correctly... Is there any file download and client patching needed, or were they able to do it all server-side instead?

Just a few hours ago, MWO had just injected the compensation of 1250 MC and 100 GSP into my MWO account,
for this STEAM Legendary injection issue (which had been resolved around 24 hours ago).

I'm not seeing it, the only change today was a skin I bought. Otherwise the only changes in my MC is from the battlepass, loot bags, and a handful of items purchased with MC.

It was not that quick for me, and I had to reach out for manual download too because of my situation.

That said, here's the details for those who need them...

• Patch Posting Date — 2024-07(July)-25
  
• Post-Patch Game Version — 1,4,300,0
  
• Download File Size — About 6 MB (only slightly smaller than)
  
• Download File Link — "http://patcher.mwomercs.com/patch/Production/frontend/FrontendPatch_435.zip"

...and I wish in the future that PGI's MWO Staff would please post this information on both the Patches and HotFixes so that people will not be forced into digging around if they need a manual download. It really sucks when one must copy a link and edit it in order to target the correct file.

I have since contacted support and have received the MC and GSP within 24 hours of emailing them. Thank you very much Piranha Games support staff.
